The "Piece of Me" popstar turned 36 on Saturday and received a romantic birthday surprise from her boyfriend, Sam Asghari.
"Couldn’t ask for a better way to kick off my birthday ❤️?," Spears wrote alongside a video of herself blowing out candles placed on a handful of cupcakes. The birthday girl was all dolled up in a backless lace mini dress, black high-heels and pinned up hair. The video shows her walking into a dim lit room, carefully adorned with candles and a heart made out of rose petals on the floor.
Asghari also shared the same clip, writing a sweet message to Spears.
"? HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY ONE AND ONLY ?," he began. "Thank you for being you, thank you for showing me the true meaning of a beautiful woman and a strong mother, and most of all thank you for being mine. I consider myself the luckiest man on this planet ?❤️? @britneyspears #luckiestmanalive."
Spears also posted a second tweet about what her birthday wish is this year, which was to give back to the Louisiana School Boards Association.
The day before, the singer shared an adorable video of herself and Asghari sharing a sweet kiss and getting into the holiday spirit.
Spears also received birthday messages from Miley Cyrus who called herself her "biggest fan ever." Paris Hilton also shared a throwback pic of the two and wished her a happy birthday.
Meanwhile, Spears and her man can't get enough of each other. They took had a fun PDA-filled night at the Lakers game in Los Angeles earlier this week.
