Jennifer Gates and husband Nayel Nassar share daughter Leila and announced that they are expecting a second child together.
Jennifer Gates is having another baby!
The 28-year-old daughter of Melinda and Bill Gates showed off her baby bump in a sweet picture posted by her 33-year-old husband, Nayel Nassar, on Instagram on Thursday.
"Baby #2 entering the chat 💬🧑🧑🧒🧒❤️," the professional equestrian penned.
In the photo, which Jennifer reposted on her Instagram Story with a "Round ✌️❤️" caption, Nayel wraps his arm around his wife, who cradles her belly. They smile outside, standing in front of a white picket fence. Jennifer wears a black dress and accessorizes with black sunglasses. Nayel is dressed in tall, black horse riding boots, white jodhpurs, and a navy blue blazer with a white collared shirt and matching white tie underneath.
Jennifer also announced the pregnancy on her Instagram page, writing, "Leila, being promoted to big sister 💕."
In the outdoor photo, Jennifer wears a flowy blue sundress with her hair down. She smiles as she looks down at her big belly. Beside her holding her hand is her 16-month-old daughter, Leila, whom she welcomed with Nayel in March 2023.
Melinda couldn't contain her excitement over the news of another grandchild, gushing in the comment section, "I couldn't be more excited for you, Nayel, and Leila! Love you ❤."
The couple, who both graduated from Stanford University, announced they were expecting their first child in November 2022.
The physician tied the knot with Nayel, an Egyptian Olympic showjumper, on Oct. 16, 2021, at her horse farm in North Salem, New York.
Jennifer announced her engagement to Nayel in January 2020.
Jennifer is the eldest of Melinda and Bill's three children. The former couple, who ended their marriage after 27 years, also share son Rory, 25, and daughter Phoebe, 21.
Phoebe made headlines earlier this week for confirming her relationship with Paul McCartney's grandson, Arthur Donald.
