Bethenny Frankel is taking her ex back to court.
The Real Housewives of New York City star is suing her ex-husband, Jason Hoppy, for full custody of their 7-year-old daughter, Bryn, ET has learned.
The former couple, who separated in December 2012 after two years of marriage, worked out a custody arrangement in June 2014 and finalized their divorce in July 2016.
The legal drama continued for Frankel and Hoppy, both 47, however, as Hoppy was arrested in January and charged with harassment in the first degree and stalking in the fourth degree for allegedly contacting Frankel numerous times via email and FaceTime, and making verbal threats towards her. In March, Hoppy rejected a plea deal, and was issued a "stay away order." According to the Manhattan DA's Office, in October, Hoppy eventually accepted the plea deal, which stipulated that if he abides by the order of protection and has no arrests for six months, the case will be dismissed and sealed.
Frankel spoke with ET in May, revealing that while focusing on her daughter and her business were her priorities, she was starting to reenter the dating pool. Watch below.
