The Puerto Rican superstar is one of the co-chairs of this year's A-list event.
You just know Bad Bunny had to do it up big for the 2024 Met Gala!
The Puerto Rican superstar, 30, stepped out in style at Monday's fashion event, donning a custom, deconstructed Maison Margiela Artisanal by John Galliano suit, which he accessorized with a regal hat and shades. Bad Bunny fully embraced the "Garden of Time" theme as he held a bouquet of black flowers while making his way down the carpet.
While this is Bad Bunny's third time in attendance at the Met Gala, this year is extra special because the "Me Porto Bonito" singer is one of the celebrity co-chairs of the 2024 event -- alongside Jennifer Lopez, Zendaya and Chris Hemsworth.
The event is hosted, of course, by Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour. Jonathan Anderson, creative director of LOEWE, and Shou Chew, TikTok's CEO, are honorary co-chairs.
This year's Met Gala theme is "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion." Max Hollein, CEO of The Met, said in a statement that the "innovative" exhibition -- and the accompanying star-studded annual fundraising gala -- was imagined to "push the boundaries of our imagination and invite us to experience the multisensory facets of a garment."
According to the announcement, the exhibition will include garments that span over 400 years, and will be "visually united by iconography related to nature, which will serve as a metaphor for the fragility and ephemerality of fashion."
