Congrats are in order for Bekah Martinez!
The Bachelor alum is pregnant with her second child, she announced via Instagram on Thursday. The news comes nine months after Martinez and her boyfriend, Grayston Leonard, welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Ruth.
Martinez shared the news alongside a sweet family photo of herself with Leonard and Ruth -- and a sonogram. "Thankful. ?," she captioned the pic.
Bachelor Nation quickly took to the comments to express their well-wishes to the couple. "No freaking way!!!!" Lauren Luyendyk wrote, while Jade Roper commented, "Aww, you guys!!! So happy for you!! ???." Katie Morton added, "♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ ? congrats!!"
Martinez hinted at baby No. 2 in an Instagram post earlier this month.
Martinez, 24, competed for Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s heart on season 22 of The Bachelor, which aired in 2018. In an interview with PureWow last year, she shared that she and Leonard weren't looking to get married in the near future.
"It's a horrible idea for us to consider with all of the hormones and the stress we’re experiencing," she said. "The last thing we need is to consider another commitment on top of what we’re already going through… Regardless, we’re bound together by sharing this little life."
Martinez also told the outlet that she's hoping her child stays off reality TV. "I don’t really want my child to get reported missing on a weed farm," she quipped, referring to the headlines that surfaced while Luyendyk's season of The Bachelor was airing. Martinez's own mom reported her missing, when she was just enjoying time off-the-grid at a marijuana farm.
