The two called it quits after a year of dating.
Avril Lavigne is back on the market.
The 35-year-old singer has split from her billionaire boyfriend, Phillip Sarofim, after one year of dating, ET has learned.
Lavigne began dating Sarofim, who is the son of Texan billionaire Fayez Sarofim, in February 2018.
It appears the "Head Above Water" singer isn't letting the breakup get to her, however. On Tuesday, Lavigne shared a series of pics via Instagram of her night out celebrating a pal's birthday, which stars like Travis Clark (of rock band We the Kings), singer Charlotte Lawrence, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and rappers G Eazy and Machine Gun Kelly attended.
"So great seeing friends old and new!!" she captioned the post. "Happy birthday @jamiliooo and Riley! @traviswethekings, I’m so happy I got to finally see you play live. You’re fam bro. @charlotteslawrence, you’re adorable... I loved your show ❤️"
Last October, in an interview with Billboard, Lavigne opened up about her famous past relationships, including her previous marriage to Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger, whom she got engaged to in 2012 after only a month of dating. The two separated in 2015.
"He’s had a ton of hit songs. He plays guitar. This could be great," she recalled, of the time when they first met. "A month later, I had a 14-carat ring on my finger.”
In that same interview, she also reflected on her first husband, Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley. The two said "I do" in 2006, but were officially divorced by 2010. "He's a good Canadian guy," she said at the time.
As for being divorced twice? Lavigne told the outlet she had no regrets. “I love love,” she proclaimed. “The way I looked at it is, I married my long-terms.”
