Mrs. George Clooney is really pulling out all the style stops ahead of this year's Met Gala.
Amal Clooney is really stepping up her style ahead of this year's Met Gala.
We're just weeks away from fashion's biggest night -- in which George Clooney's wife will co-chair the event with Rihanna and Donatella Versace -- and already she's inspiring some serious spring outfit goals.
On Wednesday, Amal headed off to teach at Columbia Law School in New York City, wearing the perfect springtime ensemble. The 40-year-old attorney looked stunning in a floral pencil skirt that she paired with a black blouse, large sunglasses and trendy black-and-white pumps.
Amal covers the May issue of Vogue magazine, and reacts to being known not only for her career efforts and her famous husband but also for her impeccable fashion sense.
"I hate the idea that you somehow, as a human being, have to be put in a box,” she says. “There’s no reason why lawyers can’t be fun -- or actresses can’t be serious."
The mother of two also reveals the first words her and George's twins, Ella and Alexander, ever said. Check it out:
