How do you top hosting the GRAMMYs? By dropping new music right after!

On Sunday night, Alicia Keys concluded her wild night playing ringleader to music’s biggest night by posting her new single, “Raise a Man.”

“Tonight was such a musical night I decided to drop a new vibe & have some fun with y’all!!!” she captioned a clip from the brand new track on Instagram.

The song is a dreamy, piano-driven melody number that handily showcases Keys’ impressive vocal range and her effortless ability to discuss both parenting and romance in a single song.

“Is it okay that I'm not independent/Is it okay that I... Is it okay that I show weakness/Is it okay that I... Is it okay to can't wait to see you,” she sings in the chorus. “Is it okay that I... Is it okay to love a man right now.”

The black-and-white cover art fittingly showcases her two boys, Genesis, 4, and Egypt, 8, whom she shares with husband Swizz Beatz. This is Keys' first new music since 2016. That's when she released her sixth album, Here.

After the 61st GRAMMYs wrapped up, ET’s Kevin Frazier caught up with the 38-year-old songstress backstage, where she shared her thoughts on the jam-packed night of music.

“Unbelievable,” she exclaimed when asked how she felt she did. “It was exactly what I wanted to bring. I wanted to bring that good entry and the light and the love. I just felt everybody was with me on it.”

She also briefly discussed the powerful women, including Jennifer Lopez, Michelle Obama, Jada Pinkett Smith and Lady Gaga, who helped her kick off the awards show -- one of the night's most memorable moments.

“That was real sisterhood that was represented on that stage,” she stated. “That was real power. That is real women, the feminine power that we possess deserves to be represented… We had to come represent.”

“Blessings to all my sisters,” she added. “To the ones that couldn’t make it on stage this time, I still felt the energy and we were all here in the building together. Man, I feel unbelievable.”
