Adele has called it quits with husband Simon Konecki, ET confirms.

"Adele and her partner have separated," her reps said in a statement to The Associated Press. "They are committed to raising their son together lovingly. As always they ask for privacy. There will be no further comment."

Adele welcomed a son, Angelo, with Konecki in 2012. She confirmed that she and Konecki, whom she had been dating since 2011, were married during a March 2017 concert in Australia. Reports circulated that they had tied the knot in January of that year when they were photographed wearing matching rings on their ring fingers.

The GRAMMY winner gushed over Konecki in the December 2016 issue of Vanity Fair, calling him "perfect."

"I have no desire to be with anyone in show business, because we all have egos. He's not threatened by any stage of my life that I'm going for, and that's an amazing thing. It’s the most serious relationship I’ve ever been in; we’ve got a child together and we live together," she said.

"After releasing my first album, all the other people I ever was with were so insecure about themselves -- they couldn't handle it at all. When I try to describe this to my friends, they don’t always get it, because they go out with people that are our age, but Simon is already who he is, and I'm still becoming who I’m going to be," Adele added of Konecki, who is 14 years her senior. "He's confident. He's perfect."

Konecki, the co-founder of Life Water, made headlines in October 2016 for his sweet gesture to celebrate his and Adele's fifth anniversary. Confetti released during her Nashville, Tennessee, concert featured handwritten notes by the 30-year-old singer on white paper -- and some in pink from Konecki, reading "Happy anniversary," "You are an angel <3" and "Love you long time."

Adele told the crowd during the concert that she had plans to try for a second baby soon. "My son is about to turn four very, very soon. I’m starting to get very emotional about it, because I feel like once they turn four, they're not really your actual baby any more," she reportedly said. "So my womb is starting to ache a little bit. It's like, 'Baby, baby, baby. Need a baby, need a baby.' I'm not pregnant. I won't get pregnant until the end of the tour."

The singer, known for her breakup ballads, was spotted heading to a recording studio last month. See more on Adele in the video below.
