'90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way' Season Premiere: Shekinah Reveals Sarper Is Designing Her New Nose (Exclusive)

In this exclusive clip from the season premiere of '90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way,' Sarper shows his level of control over Shekinah.

Sarper's control of Shekinah is being taken to a whole new level in this exclusive clip from the season premiere of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way. In the clip, Shekinah says Sarper's designing her new nose and is perfectly OK with that even though her friends are alarmed.

Shekinah's family has already disapproved of Shekinah letting Sarper control a lot of aspects in her life after she moved to Turkey to be with him, including her weight and how she dresses. She also no longer speaks to her sister because her sister disapproves of how Sarper treats Shekinah, including when he called Shekinah a "b**ch" and a "slut" in front of her. In the clip, Shekinah tells her friends she's getting a nose job and that Sarper is the one designing her new nose.

"You know, like, he says, 'Leave it to me. Leave it to me. I'll tell the doctor what to do. I'll tell him I know what you need,' and I'm like, 'OK, I trust you because I do,'" she tells her friends about the conversation they had.

When Shekinah notes her friend looks stressed, her friend says she has good reasons to be.

"I haven't met this guy who's a stripper who slept with 2,500 people. I'm supposed to sit here and act like it's no big deal?" she says. "He's going to control the center of your face right now and you're ready to marry this guy? I can't pretend like that's not a big deal."

Meanwhile, her other friend notes, "I think because she's so in tune to that thought that he's the one that she goes with the flow because it makes it easier. She thinks if I get married, it's going to resolve issues. Issues are still going to be there. A piece of paper is not going to change it. Now she's talking about letting a man design her nose. It's insane."

90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way's new season premieres Monday, July 1, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on TLC and Max.
