The cast also called out Mary for her twerking videos despite her extreme possessiveness over Brandan.
Brandan's castmates called him out for not being as innocent as he seems when it comes to his fights with Mary on part three of this season of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way's tell-all special. Brandan admitted to calling Mary names like "b**ch" and "a scammer" when they got into arguments, and Mary said she was afraid to talk to Brandan at times because of his temper.
Brandan and Mary caused a stir this season due to their extreme jealousy over one another -- at one point, Mary got mad over Brandan sitting next to a random woman on a plane even though he had no control over where he sat. Still, the two were able to work it out and Brandan still lives in the Philippines and they are now parents to their daughter, Midnight. During the tell-all, Mary and Brandan joined remotely from the Philippines and Mary said he did improve when it comes to how much time he spends on video games. However, she admitted that sometimes she's scared to approach him while he's playing his games because of his anger issues, which Tim was shocked at. Mary said that when Brandan is mad, he shouts at her and says words that will hurt her.
"I do sometimes call her a scammer," Brandan admitted. "Like, she's only happy when she has money or something like that and that hurts her and really makes her upset. I call her a b**ch. Most of the time if I get mad, I just call her a b**ch."
Mary said she would just cry in response and Brandan said he doesn't mean the things he says when he's mad, he just wants a response and for her to stand up for herself. Kalani called him "narcissistic" and Brandan acknowledged he was wrong and that he did feel bad. Brandan's mom, Angela, later made an appearance at the tell-all, and Brandan and Mary acknowledged that they needed her help financially. But Angela said she was more worried about the two having different communication styles and stressed that the two both needed individual therapy. Mary said that therapy was looked down in her culture because she would get judged as "crazy," but would look into it.
Tim bluntly said they weren't ready to be parents and mused that even though it was Mary's idea to try for a baby, Brandan probably wanted to have a baby so that Mary wouldn't leave him. Footage was then played back of the their extreme jealousy, which Mary wasn't proud of.
"Watching that makes me feel like I'm really crazy way back and I feel really bad about myself on that because I'm like, too much," she said.
Angela was visibly angry and admitted she initially disliked Mary because of this type of behavior, and that her daughter still refuses to talk to Mary. Later, some of Mary's social media posts were shown, which showed her twerking in short shorts. The cast called out Mary for her double standard, noting that if Brandan did the same she wouldn't tolerate it.
"It's a dance, a lot of people do that," Mary said, obviously unapologetic.
Brandan said that Mary got a lot more confident about her body and posting online after they got together. He said he didn't have a problem with it if it made her feel better. But Sarper called Mary a "manipulator" who liked to play victim. This touched off a whole new argument, as Andrei interjected and said that Sarper was just the same as Mary, calling him a "control freak."
"You have the same relationship with Shekinah as Brandan and Mary has, it's like a same toxicity," Andrei observed. ... Toxic relationship. ... They're the same, they just don't want to admit it. The difference with Sarper and her, you're trying to be perfect over here and it's not. You're trying to portray something that you're not."
When cameras stopped rolling on the tell-all, Andrei approached Shekinah while she was sitting down and they got into another heated argument. Andrei got offended when Shekinah told him to sit down and things only escalated from there. Andrei told Sarper that Shekinah had no respect and Sarper said he wanted to see Andrei in person for "shouting" at Shekinah.
"Great," Andrei replied, not backing down.
