The 'Biggest Loser' host is getting back to things... slowly.
Bob Harper is getting back to his fitness, but he's taking it slow.
Weeks after having a heart attack, Biggest Loser host Bob Harper posted a video to Instagram of himself doing a treadmill stress test on his road to recovery.
"Well while all of my @crossfit family is getting ready for 17.3, I'm walking on a treadmill doing a stress test," the 51-year-old TV host shared. "Talk about starting back at SQUARE ONE. I plan on being the BEST STUDENT. #heartattacksurvivor."
Good to see him taking care of himself after the scary incident, which reportedly left Harper unconscious for two days.
"Two weeks ago yesterday I had a heart attack," Harper wrote on Instagram on Feb. 27, while reassuring fans, "I am feeling better. Just taking it easy."
The following day, the personal trainer shared a shirtless selfie, writing, "On the road to recovery. I'm required to wear these monitors to see what my heart is doing throughout the day. I feel like a robot from WESTWORLD thank you all for your kindness. You have no idea how much it helps."
