Kara Danvers, you better watch out.
Hercules is flying into Supergirl!
Fresh off landing Teri Hatcher as a “mysterious” new villain, the CW superhero drama is bringing Kevin Sorbo aboard in a recurring role for the second season, ET has learned.
Sorbo, best known for starring in Hercules: The Legendary Journeys and Andromeda, will play “a mysterious new villain.” Could he be joining evil forces with Hatcher?

“Since his days as Hercules, Kevin Sorbo has brought such a strong presence to the screen and we couldn't be more excited to have him join us on Supergirl,” executive producer Andrew Kreisberg said in a statement.
It’s been an impressive showing for the current season of Supergirl, which has already featured Wonder Woman star Lynda Carter as the female president, Teen Wolf’s Tyler Hoechlin as the Man of Steel and Superman alums Dean Cain and Helen Slater as Kara’s adoptive parents.
ET was on the set with Carter last summer when the Wonder Woman star filmed her Supergirl arc.

"I think [the Supergirl costume] is fantastic," Carter said of the updated costume. "It's a little more covered up than mine was. It was the '70s. People were not wearing very much."
Supergirl airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
