The country star made her 10th appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Friday, where the talk show host could think of no better way to commemorate the milestone than by having a man in a hockey uniform -- specifically dressed up like Underwood's NHL star husband, Mike Fisher -- jump out from a side table to spook the 33-year-old singer!
