Bye-bye, Rachel Berry -- hello, Hester!
Bye-bye, Rachel Berry -- hello, Hester!
Glee's Lea Michele is headed back to our screens this fall on the to-die-for series Scream Queens, and although we adored her portrayal of big-voiced, perfectionist Rachel Berry, her newest role is about to be your TV BFF.
Hester – aka "Neckbrace" as Emma Roberts' Chanel Oberlin so cruelly nicknames her – is an overly eager pledge who has studied absolutely everything there is to know about the Kappa Kappa Tau sorority.
Although Hester barely says more than six words in the first hour of Scream Queens, which debuts Sept. 22 on Fox with a special two-hour premiere, Michele undeniably steals the focus away from her Kappa sisters in each and every scene she's in.

"She makes me laugh all day!" Roberts gushed about her Pilates-loving co-star in ET's Comic-Con suite on Saturday.
"Literally, there was a scene where she doesn’t have any dialogue and she was just standing right here and I would have to look over her head. I was like, 'I'm sorry, I'm not being rude, but if I look at you I will laugh so hard.' I couldn't even take it, it was just so funny!"
Jamie Lee Curtis also chimed in with her favorite Hester-ism: "She has also done this singular motion which is this excited thing like this," Curtis shared while the entire Scream Queens cast gave an impromptu impression of Hester's soon-to-be iconic gesture.

"I swear in my house now I walk around and my husband will say, 'We're going out to dinner' and I do it too now," the actress said with a laugh.
Scream Queens -- which we've already officially named a thrilledy, a perfect mix of a thriller and a comedy -- is being described as a cross between Halloween and Heathers.
"We're so excited," exclaimed Roberts, who plays the tyrannical president of the Kappas. "We have so much fun making the show. Every time I get a script and I read it, I'm just so happy to be a part of this. And I can't believe that I'm a part of this because if I wasn’t, I would be watching this show each week obsessed but so mad that I wasn't on it."
Scream Queens premieres with a special two-hour episode Tuesday, Sept.22 on Fox.
