Thanks to Twitter support from their fans, Zendaya Coleman and partner Valentin Chmerkovskiy were selected to present an encore performance of their high-scoring Jive. To add to their joy, they were soon pardoned from the "in jeopardy" corner.
Unexpectedly, low-scorer D.L. Hughley was given an early reprieve from elimination while Victor Ortiz, Lisa Vanderpump and Andy Dick were determined to be the bottom three contenders.
Just as an emotional Dick was given the good news that he would dance in week three, Dorothy Hamill made a shocking announcement. At the urging of her doctor, the former Olympian decided to drop out of the race rather than risk further injury to her ankle and spine.

"It's been a wonderful ride," said a tearful Hamill. "I wish I could stay but I can't do justice to the commitment."
On Monday's show, it was revealed that Hamill struggled with pain from her injuries while rehearsing for week two.
Tune in to ABC next Monday night to see the remaining eleven duke it out on the dance floor. Dorothy Hamill and Tristan MacManus are expected to appear on Good Morning America Wednesday morning.
