In ET’s exclusive first look at Sunday’s ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians,’ Scott learns about Kim and Kanye West’s surrogate for the first time.

Well, somebody had to be the last to know.

ET has your exclusive first look at Sunday’s episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which finds Scott Disick paying a visit to Kim Kardashian West’s home. Kim offers to give Scott a tour of the room she’s currently renovating, which sends Scott for a loop. When Kim tells him it’s a nursery, he’s even more confused.

“Do you really think you need to worry about redoing these cabinets if this is gonna be a nursery for a kid that you don’t even have?” Scott asks. “Are you pregnant?”

“Is this a joke?!” Kim replies in shock. “Do you not know we’re having another baby?”

“Not really,” Scott admits. Watch the awkward exchange here:

“Scott, we’re having a baby in, like, a couple of months,” Kim says. “I’m dead serious. No, I swear … we went the surrogacy route. I never had this conversation with you? I swear I’m not joking with you.”

“I don’t know what’s going on anymore,” Scott laments as he exits the room.

Make sure to tune into Keeping Up With the Kardashians on Sunday at 9 p.m. ET on E! to see if any other family members were kept out of the loop like Scott. Now, everyone knows about Chicago West. Kim and Kanye West’s little girl was born in January, via surrogate. Before the birth, Kim opened up to ET about her experience using a “gestational carrier.”

"You know, it is really different," Kim said. "Anyone that says or thinks it is just the easy way out is just completely wrong. I think it is so much harder to go through it this way, because you are not really in control. And, you know, obviously you pick someone that you completely trust and that you have a good bond and relationship with, but it is still ... knowing that I was able to carry my first two babies and not, you know, my baby now, it's hard for me. So, it's definitely a harder experience than I anticipated just in the control area."
