The former couple have also reportedly agreed to share expenses involving their son.
Robin Thicke and Paula Patton have reportedly reached a custody agreement involving their 7-year-old son, Julian Fuego.
In court documents obtained by ET, Julian will split time between his parents. Thicke will have custody Monday through Wednesday and Patton will have custody Wednesday through Friday, with the two alternating weekends. They have also agreed to share expenses, including private school, and have worked out vacation and holiday schedules.
The settlement comes after a heated battle between the 41-year-old actress and her ex-husband, with Patton filing a temporary restraining order against the "Blurred Lines" singer earlier this year. Thicke also faced accusations of child abuse, but was cleared of any wrongdoing by Child Protective Services.
The formal agreement hopefully signals more peaceful interactions for the family going forward.
Meanwhile, Thicke's girlfriend, April Love Geary, made a big announcement this week, taking to Instagram to announce that she and Thicke are expecting their first child together.
