The twins were born two minutes apart.
It’s official!
Alexander Clooney is the oldest child born to George and Amal Clooney. His twin sister, Ella, was born exactly two minutes after him on June 6.

According to birth certificates obtained by ET, Alexander was born at 12:54 p.m., while his younger sister was born at 12:56 p.m.
And it looks like the twins are already jet setters. On Wednesday, the couple was spotted exiting a private jet in Milan, Italy. In photos obtained by TMZ, Clooney carried one white bassinet presumably holding one twin, while Amal carried the other matching bassinet. Both were dressed casually in jeans and sported sunglasses.
Last month, Clooney’s father, journalist Nick Clooney, gave an update on the twins and gushed about Amal.
"Amal, who is Super Woman, she is just amazing," Nick said to FOX19 NOW. "The babies are beautiful, of course, she's beautiful. She was telling us last week that she is as big as a house. Of course, for her, that’s a very small house. But, she's great."
"Just as I, George married up,” he added.
ET also spoke with Nick, where he revealed how fatherhood has changed the 56-year-old actor.
"Since the word came out that he was going to be a father, no question about it, he changed," Nick told ET. "This has nothing to do with age, but this is a different kind of maturity. When you figure out that you're going to take that standard responsibility that everybody else has done for years, and now you're on the merry-go-round. You're in the middle."
