ET has reached out to Lovato's rep for comment.
Lovato, 24, was first linked with the 31-year-old fighter last July.

While one relationship may have ended, a new partnership is underway for the GRAMMY-nominated singer.
On Tuesday, Lovato announced she has teamed up with Kate Hudson’s Fabletics line to design “accessible, comfortable and fashionable” activewear.
