Nothing is going to rain on Barbra’s birthday parade!
On Monday, Barbra Streisand celebrated her 75th birthday with some of Hollywood’s A-list at hotspot Café Habana in Malibu, California.
The party lasted for four hours, and guests were served Casamigos tequila. An eyewitness tells ET, “Barbra stood and thanked everyone for coming. She also told stories for about 10 minutes and admitted to being a horrible public speaker.”
Inside the bash, Streisand posed for a photo with supermodel Cindy Crawford and her husband, Rande Gerber.
Streisand’s husband, James Brolin, and his son, Josh Brolin, completed the hunk trifecta with actor Pierce Brosnan when they posed together inside the party.
Streisand made her rounds, posing for a photo with musician David Foster and singer Katharine McPhee, who has said she idolizes the iconic birthday girl.
Streisand’s cake was iconic in itself! Guests enjoyed a three-layer flower cake -- topped with a cursive letter ‘B’ and wrapped in a matching bow, as well as cake pops.
And the cherry on top of this birthday celebration - John Mayer. An eyewitness tells ET, “John Mayer performed two songs and led the ‘Happy Birthday.’ He even tried to do magic tricks while singing, because Barbra is a fan of magic.”
As Mayer performed for the party, he stood in front of what appeared to be a spray-painted sign that read, “Streisand A Spade,” with a “Happy B-Day” written above it. Perhaps Babs and Mayer have some sort of inside joke? The two do have history, having written the song “Come Rain or Come Shine” together in 2014.
Two A-listers that did not attend the bash were Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga. They are currently filming a remake of Streisand’s 1976 film, A Star is Born.
