The 'Dancing With the Stars' pro is on the road to recovery.
Maksim Chmerkovskiy is working on a full recovery.
The Dancing With the Stars pro shared a selfie on Wednesday night from a hospital bed in Ashtabula, Ohio, where he was dressed in a surgical gown and had an IV infusion on his hand. "Gettin' un-broken," he captioned the photo, along with the hashtag #SeedsOrthopaedics.
Chmerkovskiy suffered a painful calf injury during rehearsals with his partner, Heather Morris, last week, and has been keeping his fans up to date on his recovery. After Monday's show, where Morris danced with Alan Bersten, Chmerkovskiy shared a video of himself wheeling around with a suitcase. "Ah'll bee buck!" he wrote.
The 37-year-old dancer appears to be getting medical attention from William A Seeds, M.D. of Seeds Orthopaedics amp Sports Medicine, who has also treated DWTS pros Artem Chigvintsev and Chmerkovskiy's fiancee, Peta Murgatroyd.

Following Monday's DWTS, ET caught up Murgatroyd, who described the "freak accident."
"I don't know what happened," she explained. "His calf just popped, it was very weird."
Dancing with the Stars airs Mondays on ABC, but Chmerkovskiy will not be back on the dance floor next week.
