Fifth Harmony Announce First Performance Without Camila Cabello

The girl group will be taking the stage at the People's Choice Awards on Jan. 18.

Fifth Harmony has scheduled their first live performance without Camila Cabello.

The girl group, which now consists of Ally Brooke Hernandez, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane and Lauren Jauregui, will be taking the stage at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles for the People's Choice Awards on Jan. 18, ET has learned.

It will surely be an exciting night for the girls, as they're also nominated for Favorite Group against The Chainsmokers, Coldplay, Panic! at the Disco and Twenty One Pilots. They took home the win for this category at last year's awards show.

Despite Cabello's exit from the group last month, the quartet seems to be going strong. In addition to their upcoming performance, ET confirmed last week that new 5H music is on the way!

The girl group re-signed with Epic Records and Syco, and will be releasing a new album sometime in 2017. A source close to 5H says that with their upcoming album, the group is "in a position to have more creative input and really direct where they want their music to go."

"They're a major name on Epic's roster, so it makes sense for the label to keep them there and work on another hit album," the source added. "At the same time, it benefits the girls to stay and really take charge of the direction they're going in."

And it appears Cabello isn't wasting any time either. On Monday, the 19-year-old singer took to Twitter, posting what appears to be new song lyrics.

"Just as I was about to shut the door, I had to look again," she wrote. "Something was different about the girl staring back at me in the mirror. Oh yes. I realized the light had crept its way back into her eyes. Two words slipped from her mouth. 'Welcome home.'"

The People's Choice Awards air Jan. 18 at 9 p.m. ET on CBS. As we patiently wait to watch 5H's highly anticipated performance, press play on the video below to see which Hollywood A-lister would love to replace Cabello.
