An eyewitness tells ET that Jolie and the children she shares with Pitt -- Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 8 -- stayed at the hotel while a judge met with her attorney, Laura Wasser, and Pitt's attorney, Lance Spiegel, on Wednesday. When they checked out on Thursday at 11 a.m., the kids were all carrying overnight bags, according to the eyewitness.

"Angelina looked good, a bit serious," the eyewitness explained, adding that Jolie was helping the kids load their things into the vehicle. "Maddox had his hands in his pockets and head down as he quickly got into the car."

Jolie has been keeping a low profile following her split from Pitt. Court documents obtained by ET on Wednesday reveal that the estranged couple's legal agreement was approved by a judge on Dec. 2, and grants Jolie physical custody of their children. Pitt will continue to have agreed-upon therapeutic visitations with the kids, as determined by the family’s therapist who "shall at all times consider the best interests of the minor children," according to the court documents.

Their custody battle has come to a standstill, however, as Pitt revealed in his court declaration that he and Jolie were unable to agree on a custody schedule. The Allied star, who is seeking more unsupervised time with the kids, intends to "file a Request for Orders to establish a schedule unless an agreement is reached."
