A source close to the reality star tells ET 'Kim has a long road ahead of her.'
Kim Kardashian West is still traumatized by her scary heist in Paris, France, in which she was robbed at gunpoint and tied up in the luxurious apartment she was staying in during Paris Fashion Week.
It's been 10 days since the incident occurred, but a source tells ET that for now, the 35-year-old reality star is keeping close to her family and staying under the radar.

"Kim is still very shaken up about the entire situation," the source explained on Wednesday, adding that the normally open and honest mother of two "doesn't feel ready to talk about it."
"Right now, she's still focused on trying to feel better about the whole situation," the source added. "Kim is at home with [her kids] North and Saint in Los Angeles. Her mom [Kris Jenner] and sisters visit her regularly. They're being great and supporting her in every way they can."
On Tuesday night, the Selfish author was notably missing in pics from the season 12 wrap party for her famous family's hit reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians. According to ET's source, Kim has "not filmed anything for the reality show" since the robbery.
"The E! crews have not been filming anything with this situation," the source continued. "Filming is the last thing Kim is thinking about right now."

Kim also canceled her upcoming appearance at Hakkasan Las Vegas, which was scheduled to take place just one week after her 36th birthday on Oct. 21. "Kim has a long road ahead of her to where she will feel safe again. Everything has been indefinitely canceled or postponed," the source confirmed.
In order to feel safe, Kim and her husband, Kanye West, are continuing to re-assess their security protocol.
"This incident has scared everyone," the source explained, noting that there's "been increased security for everyone" in the Kardashian-Jenner clan since the robbery.

Although Kim has remained media silent since the traumatic incident, a few of her sisters are gradually returning to social media. Khloe Kardashian was the first one to publicly speak out about the robbery during her guest appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Tuesday.

"At the end of the day, the last thing on her mind is the stolen diamond," the source said in regard to the reported $12 million worth of stolen jewelry. "It's about how 20 minutes of her life is now changing the way she thinks every time she leaves home."
