Paris also got ink in honor of David Bowie and Prince.
Paris and Prince Jackson took a sibling trip to the tattoo parlor on Sunday.
Michael Jackson's eldest children got inked at Timeless Tattoo in Hollywood, California, and Paris paid tribute, yet again, to their late father. "Tattoo buddiesssss," the 18-year-old captioned a photo of her posing with her brother and tattoo artist, Justin Lewis.

Lewis was excited to ink the brother-sister duo, writing: "Had a great day with you two, glad I get to adorn both of your temples with some amazing art ,you guys are the two kindest and amazing people glad to have you in my life."
Prince, 19, got a yellow, green and blue symbol on his arm. "@dermagraphink did a great job of this logo from @gracieacademybh it's truly an honor and a privilege to call myself their student they've taught me so much about not only the sport but also life," Prince wrote on his Instagram.
Meanwhile, his sister finished up the ink on her right hand that pays tribute to not only the King of Pop, but several other music icons. Paris got a "Bad" tattoo in honor of her dad, as well as icons that represent David Bowie, Prince and Van Halen. "Right hand finally finished!!" she captioned a video of her tats.
This isn't the first time the siblings have been inked by Lewis. In April, Paris got the words "Queen of my heart" in her dad's handwriting down the side of her left wrist. "To everyone else he was the King of Pop. To me, well, he was the king of my heart," she said of tat.
A few days later, Prince also got a tattoo of Anubis, an iconic Egyptian god, on his right shoulder blade.
