The 'Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates' star also revealed how she objectifies Zac Efron.
Aubrey Plaza says she's all about "disrupting social norms."
The Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates star opened up to The Advocate about wanting everyone to "let your freak flag fly" and, after playing a lesbian in a handful of movies, how she feels about getting hit on by women.
"I don't mind. I know I have an androgynous thing going on, and there's something masculine about my energy. Girls are into me, that's no secret. Hey, I'm into them too," she said. "I fall in love with girls and guys. I can't help it."
The guy Plaza is currently in love with is her Life After Beth director Jeff Baena, who she has been dating for years now. Meanwhile, she told the magazine the LGBT community loving her "makes sense."
"I feel like I operate in an old-school way that only gays truly understand. So, for me it's the ultimate compliment," Plaza explained. "My tastes are like an older gay man's, and I think that's who I really am. Like, I grew up obsessed with Judy Garland."
The 32-year-old actress also revealed the way she objectifies her Mike and Dave and Dirty Grandpa co-star, Zac Efron.
"I totally get it and I'm definitely into it. He's superhuman and such a sweetheart," Plaza said about the love for Efron. "I love him. One of my gay friends really appreciates when I send him casual shirtless pics of Zac from set. I try not to objectify him, but it’s hard."
ET recently sat down with the entire Mike and Dave cast -- including Adam DeVine and Anna Kendrick -- to talk butt doubles and who has the softest lips. Check it out in the video below.
