Well, this is awkward.
Don't you just wish Kevin Hart was your dad?
The Central Intelligence star co-hosted Live with Kelly on Thursday, and decided to open up to Kelly Ripa -- and all of America -- about how he handled having the bra talk with his 11-year-old daughter, Heaven.
"I had to have the sports bra conversation with my little girl," Hart began. "That was tough, because I didn't know how to articulate what I was trying to say, and it just came out."
"I was like, 'It's time to hold 'em down.'"
Cue the laughter and second-hand humiliation.
"That's how I went into it," Hart stated. "She was like, 'What?' I was like, 'You know, you gotta strap them up -- make sure everything is where it's supposed to be, because the last thing you want to do is hit a bump and stuff fall out, you know what I mean?'" the comedian explained.
"She was like, 'What are you saying?'" Heaven, we feel you, girl.

I was like, 'Do you want breakfast or not?' Like, I didn't know where to go from there at all." That much was clear.
Funny enough, earlier in the show, Hart mentioned that the best piece of parenting advice he had received was just to let it be. "Say nothing. Say nothing," Ripa agreed.
For Heaven's sake, we wish Hart had listened sooner.
