Bristol Palin and Dakota Meyer's love story hasn't exactly been perfect, but the two are proving they "can get through anything."
ET confirmed on Wednesday that the on-again, off-again couple secretly tied the knot and are currently on their honeymoon. "Life is full of ups and downs but in the end, you'll end up where you're supposed to be," the newlyweds shared. "We are so happy to share with loved ones the wonderful news that we got married!"

Now, ET's taking a trip down memory lane to re-live some of their cutest moments together.
1. She said "Yes!"
Meyer and Palin appeared to be head-over-heels for each other when they announced their engagement in March 2015 (unfortunately, they called off their wedding just one month later).
"He's so romantic! He asked me to marry him at a Rascal Flatts concert," Palin, 25, wrote on her blog at the time. "The lead singer, Gary LeVox, dedicated 'Bless the Broken Road' to us, and then Dakota got down on one knee and proposed!"
Fast forward to present day, and we couldn't be happier to see the two have rekindled their romance.
2. Palin's precious baby bump.
Palin and Meyer welcomed their first child together, daughter Sailor Grace, in December 2015. Before their little bundle of joy arrived, Palin documented her pregnancy via Instagram with a series of pics showing off her growing belly.

3. Quotes to live by.
Even when the two weren't together, their love remained intact. Before officially rekindling the relationship, Palin shared a handful of quotes seemingly suggesting a hopeful future with Meyer.
5. Proud father.
Meyer's love for their daughter has always been apparent in his social media posts. "I've had a lot of titles but I’ll be honest...," the 27-year-old U.S. Marine veteran captioned a pic of himself cradling baby Sailor on May 11. "Dad is by far my favorite one."

6. "Co-parenting at its best."
The couple proved that they had nothing but love and respect for each other when Meyer shared a sweet pic of his family of three last month. This snap ignited rumors that he and Palin were giving their relationship another shot.
7. Best friends!
One week before ET confirmed their nuptials, Palin shared a black-and-white photo of her and Meyer cuddling up close to their baby girl. The caption couldn't have been any cuter!
"Baby daddy bff," it read.

8. Fishing for Palin's love.
Five days later, Meyer couldn't stop gushing over his brunette beauty and the fun times their shared during a fishing session. "Had an amazing time halibut fishing with @bsmp2 yesterday," he wrote, using the hashtag "#lifecouldntbebetter."
