The happy, reconciled couple walked hand-in-hand on the beach over the weekend.
Love is back in the air for Patrick Dempsey and his wife, Jillian Dempsey.
The formerly-estranged couple were spotted holding hands on the beach at a charity event for The Wendy Walk organization on Saturday at Jonathan Club in Santa Monica, California.
Rocking black Adidas jogging pants and black athletic vest with a white tee over a long-sleeved grey shirt, the former Grey's Anatomy star walked hand-in-hand with his wife, who kept her look casual in a striped shirt and black yoga pants.

An eyewitness tells ET that the actor and his wife appeared to be very affectionate throughout the day and were all smiles as they walked close together.
Patrick, 50, hosted the fundraiser for the non-profit charity walk, which is dedicated to raising money and awareness for sarcoma, a cancer of the connective tissues such as nerves, muscles and bones that is currently untreatable. The actor wore his wedding ring while speaking at the event.

During the event, Jillian snapped a selfie with Patrick and one of the events' other participants, which she shared to Instagram. "Helping to raise funds for a cure," she captioned the smiling snapshot.
Jillian filed for divorce in January 2015, after 15 years of marriage. However, the pair frequently appeared together in the months following their split, and it seems now that the couple, who have reconciled.

Patrick and Jillian share three kids, 14-year-old daughter, Tallulah, and twin 9-year-old sons, Sullivan and Darby.
While the couple's divorce proceedings are technically still pending in the courts, Dempsey recently spoke with the Evening Standard in late May where he confirmed that he and Jillian were back together. Check out the video below to hear more.
