Kate Middleton took part in a charity sailing event on England's America's Cup yacht last week, and Kensington Palace shared a new video of the 34-year-old royal looking like a total pro sailor.
"Thank you @landroverbar for the great footage of The Duchess taking to the waves with @AinslieBen and the team on the Solent," the palace wrote on Instagram.

Judging by the huge smile on her face, she clearly enjoyed being out on the water!

After the event, Kate dressed down in a black sweater and skinny jeans while she had herself something of a casual Friday in England.
