The 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star opens up about the support she has received from fans.

Teresa Giudice is opening up for the first time since her husband, Joe Giudice, went to prison.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star, who served her own 11-month prison stint last year, says it has been a "difficult" first week since Joe checked himself in to the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey, to begin his 41-month sentence.

"I just want to say thank you so much to all my fans out there," Teresa said in a vlog on Bravo's website. "All your love and support means the world to me and my family. It has been a difficult week for us, but we’re making it through, thank God."

In 2014, the couple pleaded guilty to conspiracy and bankruptcy fraud charges. Now, in addition to the 41 months in prison, Joe could face a possible deportation back to Italy in connection with those charges.

"Joe's doing as well as expected," Teresa added. "Of course, we spoke to him. And I just want to say thank you again from my heart for being there, and for all your beautiful tweets. Love, love, love you from my family to yours."

As his prison sentence approached, Joe exclusively told ET that going to jail would be "the easy part."

"I think it's what they put you through before you go. As you know, they try to mentally and physically break you down, you know what I mean?" he said. "That's I think the hardest part of everything. I think going to jail is the easy part."
