The 'Friends' star and the Snow Patrol rocker 'really care about each other,' a rep tells ET.
If this were an episode of Friends, it would be called, "The One Where Courteney Cox and Johnny McDaid Spark Rumors They're Back Together."
It's not the snappiest title, but the 51-year-old actress and 39-year-old Snow Patrol rocker, who called off their engagement in December, were spotted together on Easter, shopping in Malibu, California with Cox's daughter, Coco.
When asked about the former couple's relationship status, Cox's rep told ET, "They really care about each other and they're spending time together."

McDaid popped the question at Jennifer Aniston's house in June 2014 and Cox later said her 10-year-old daughter was planning the wedding for her.
"I was going to hire a wedding planner, but apparently she wants to do it," Cox told Ellen DeGeneres in April 2015.
"She wants to be the Maid of Honor, which I think is weird...She wants to be the flower girl, all the bridesmaids. She's very excited about it."
In December, they split. Since then, Cox was rumored to be dating Friends co-star Matthew Perry -- which sources told ET was "untrue" -- and was spotted "all over" actor Will Arnett during a dinner date at the end of the year.
Cox's pal Aniston recently opened up about experiencing "friendship, family, and heartbreak" with her Friends co-stars. Find out what she had to say in the video below.
