Drake and Rihanna are doing good deeds together!
The two superstars not only recently surprised Rihanna's Miami fans with a touchy-feely performance of their hit "Work," but it turns out the pair also took the time out to visit a cancer patient while in the area. Drake and RiRi met with a fan named Megan, who called the visit "the best day of [her] life" on Instagram.
Megan is pictured sandwiched between the 29-year-old rapper and the 28-year-old singer, all three wearing huge smiles on their faces.

"BEST DAY OF MY LIFE! I MET THE LOML [love of my life]," Megan wrote about a video of herself and the "Summer Sixteen" rapper taking a Snapchat together, in which he adorably kisses her on the cheek. "He was so sweet & down to earth. Gave me and my family some OVO clothing. BEST DAY EVER. NO LIE."
Meanwhile, Drake further fueled rumors that he and Rihanna are a little more than friends on Saturday, after he performed at SXSW's Fader Fort. The former Degrassi star was asked to sign the music magazine's famous wall of covers, and didn't hesitate to sign Rihanna's September 2015 photo, drawing a heart on her butt.

Despite appearances, Rihanna recently told Vogue that she's definitely single.
"My schedule is so crazy right now," she told the high fashion magazine, stunning on its April cover. "It's definitely going to be a challenge when I do decide to pursue a relationship . . . but I have hope!"
