The country singer posted an Instagram of his daughter holding his wife's hand, plus an adorable snapshot of their toddler, Indiana.
Joey Feek is spending what might be her final days with family.
The 40-year-old country singer -- who entered hospice care in November -- may only have a "few more days," as husband Rory wrote in his blog on Monday, and she is spending it saying goodbye to her loved ones. In the couple's latest Instagram, it's to her stepdaughter, Heidi.
"Our oldest daughter Heidi by her mama's side last night," Rory captioned the photo. "Holding on and letting go."

In a lighter post, Rory shared an absolutely adorable photo of their 2-year-old daughter, Indiana, writing, "Learning sign language is really boring... and kinda fun... and so hard... and the best thing in the whole wide world!"
Earlier this week, Rory revealed that Joey's pain "had gotten worse" and that her health "had continued to decline rapidly."
"Not long after Indy's birthday my wife decided that 'enough is enough,'" he broke the news. (The pair had celebrated Indiana's birth on Feb. 17.) "She was ready to stop fighting and she told me so."
