'ANTM' Winner Nyle DiMarco to Compete on 'Dancing With the Stars'

The model will be the second deaf contestant ever to compete on the ABC show.

winner Nyle DiMarco might have dominated the runway competition, but now he’s going to try to dazzle us on the dance floor.

ET has learned that the 26-year-old deaf model will be joining the cast of Dancing with the Stars for its 22nd season alongside '80s sitcom actress and Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Kim Fields.

DiMarco will become the second deaf contestant on the ballroom dancing competition, following Marlee Matlin. The Oscar winner competed on the series in 2008.

ABC told ET that they do not comment on casting rumors.

While the full cast will be announced live during Good Morning America on March 8, it’s been confirmed that one judge will be missing from the panel this season.

Julianne Hough has said goodbye to the show as she focuses her attention on new projects.

"I will miss being on the panel for Season 22, but have a lot of exciting stuff coming that I look forward to sharing," Hough told ET in a statement. "The pro dancers, producers and crew at DWTS will always be my family."
