After revealing her latest red ink two weeks ago on Instagram, Kylie Jenner is now explaining the meaning behind the mysterious tattoo.

"Grandmother's name in my grandfather's handwriting," Kylie posted on Instagram Tuesday.
The tattoo reads "Mary Jo" for Mary Jo Campbell -- Kylie's maternal grandmother.
Kylie's newest body art matches her two previous red tattoos. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star also has a tiny heart on the back of her left arm and the word "sanity" written phonetically on her hip.
