Since announcing her pregnancy last October, Teigen's sexy style has been anchored by two main aesthetics: LBDs and thigh-high slits. She combined the two elements at the NAACP Image Awards on Feb. 5…
… and she's also worn a slew of takes on each look, including a sheer PVC mini during a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue celebration in Miami on Feb. 18 to an incredibly leggy look at the Fallout 4 premiere in November.

But the Lip Sync Battle co-host's best look may have been when she broke from the dark hues and stepped out in an ethereal beaded Yousef Al-Jasmi cape gown at the GRAMMYs on Feb. 15.

These chic looks have been influenced by her friend, Kim Kardashian, who we all know was not afraid to show a little (well, a lot) of skin while pregnant with her son, Saint, born in December.

Kardashian's best piece of advice? Shockingly, it was practicality. "She told me to go stretchy!" Teigen told InStyle Australia in January. "I always wanted to be the person who showed off the bump because it looks beautiful and I think you should embrace it."
Even though she appears to have gotten her maternity style down, back in December, Teigen admitted that she was still trying to figure out what to wear as her body changes. "It's been fun really learning what works for me," she admitted to Elle. "[Right now, it's] anything that's easy because anything where I have to try too hard, it looks like I'm uncomfortable, and I don't want to look uncomfortable."
