Noah Cyrus had quite the festive birthday celebration!
Noah rang in her Sweet 16, along with her famous family, at Beacher's Madhouse in the Roosevelt Hotel on Friday night with an epic American Horror Story: Freak Show-themed bash.
Cyrus shared the spotlight with BFF and fellow birthday girl Kendall Winnaman, while the entire Cyrus clan -- including big sister Miley Cyrus, who made a grand entrance hand-in-hand with Noah -- sang "Happy Birthday" to the girls. Jeff Beacher emcee'd the event and presented the duo with an epic Freak Show tent cake.

But the AHS theme didn't stop there. Entertainment at the soiree, presented by the new private social networking platform MeWe, included fortune tellers, Bette and Dot-inspired two-headed women, multiple clowns dressed as Twisty, bearded women, and mini-men with lobster claw hands.
Meanwhile, Noah's sister Brandi Cyrus served up tunes as the party's official DJ.
"Noah was smiling from ear to ear all night and was so happy to be surrounded by her friends and family on her special night," an insider tells ET of the festivities.
Of course, the youngest Cyrus also looked fabulous thanks to the team from beGlammed, which hooked partygoers up with professional makeup and hair braiding throughout the night.
"Thank you to EVERYONE who worked so hard to make my birthday special. I love you all," Noah gushed on Instagram the next morning.
