Willie Robertson’s 19-year-old son, John Luke, tied the knot this summer, and now Reed Robertson, the 20-year-old son of Jase and Missy, has proposed to longtime girlfriend, Brighton Thompson.

Reed popped the question in New York City's Central Park on Tuesday with a family heirloom diamond, Us Weekly reports. The couple designed the setting together, but Brighton hadn’t seen the final product until it was on her finger.
“I couldn't be more excited to marry this amazing woman,” Reed wrote on Instagram. “My fiancé is a babe in every way.”
“This is my fiancé Reed, he told me he loves me so much he's giving me his last name. And I said YES!” Brighton captioned the same photo.

Jase and Missy opened up to ET about teaching their children about love and sex, saying they encouraged their kids to practice abstinence until marriage. "What we shared was beautiful, so we encourage that," Jase said. "We're not in their face about it, but they know how we feel about it.”
