The GRAMMY winner's voice needs no bells or whistles.

Adele proved on this past weekend's Saturday Night Live that her voice needs no bells or whistles.

The isolated vocal track from her performance of "Hello" was leaked, and the stripped-down performance of the ballad might evoke even more emotions.

From start to finish, the 27-year-old singer nails every note.

In addition to "Hello," Adele performed her heartwrenching song, "When We Were Young," which is another track off her new album 25.

The GRAMMY winner was also spoofed by an Oscar winner. Matthew McConaughey hosted SNL this weekend, and donned a wig to impersonate Adele in her record-breaking music video for "Hello." In the sketch, he showed that love for the singer's music can help smooth over Thanksgiving drama among family members.

That wasn't the only Adele spoof we saw this weekend. During Sunday's American Music Awards, The Muppets' Miss Piggy and Kermit the Frog did a rendition of the music video that lined up with their recent split.

On Australia's 60 Minutes, Adele opened up about her wildly successful music career, and the criticism she sometimes faced about how she looked. "I don't make music for eyes, I make music for ears," she said. "You don't see music, you listen to music, so what does it even matter?"
