"We're almost ready!" the 43-year-old Modern Family star wrote as the caption to a photo of her and Joe with floral designer Jeff Leatham.
Leatham, a celebrity florist based out of New York City and Paris, spent most of the day on Thursday setting up arrangements with his team at The Breakers Palm Beach luxury resort in Florida, where the nuptials will take place.

On Thursday, Leatham posted a photo of what he said is the inspiration for his designs for Sofia and Joe's ceremony.
Vergara has had a long friendship with Leatham, who has been in charge of a number of high-profile ceremonies for celebrities such as Tina Turner, Eva Longoria and Chelsea Clinton.
