You know Daredevil, but it's time to meet some new heroes.
You already know Daredevil, now it’s time to meet some new heroes.
When Marvel’s Jessica Jones, the second of a handful of planned superhero series on Netflix, premieres later this year, audiences will be introduced to the titular Jessica, a former super who opens a detective agency after her hero career tragically ends.
Now we have our first look at Krysten Ritter as Jessica, as well as Rachael Taylor’s Patricia “Trish” Walker, better known to comic book fans as "Patsy" Walker aka Hellcat.
(No word on whether Trish will suit up in the series, but showrunner Melissa Rosenberg did tell ET we might still see Ritter in Jessica’s Jewel super suit.)

We also get a look at Luke Cage, played by Mike Colter, who will appear in Jessica Jones before launching into his own series, which will co-star Alfre Woodard and Simone Missick as the bionic-armed Misty Knight.
Plus, David Tennant as Jessica’s nemesis, the mind-controlling Kilgrave. Fun fact: In the comics, the character is called Purple Man, hence the scarf here.

Mysterious.
Netflix recently released a teaser announcing Jessica's premiere date: Nov. 20!
