You have to love Demi's powerful messages of self love lately! The "Heart Attack" singer actually told ET at the VMAs that it's a big part of why she named her upcoming album, "Confident."
"I wanted something that was going to best represent the album title, where I'm at today and the music," she explained.

"I've never been more confident in my life and it was the perfect album title," Demi continued. "I feel like it's really important to love yourself no matter what your flaws are."
Demi has struggled with substance abuse issues and an eating disorder in the past, and often credits 35-year-old boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama for helping her through.
Back in July, the actor expressed full confidence in the path his girlfriend is on.
