Khloe says she's "always wanted a boob job."
Khloe Kardashian is getting real about her body. Again.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star opened up to Complex magazine about how her breasts are real, but that will change.
"I always wanted a boob job, and I wear a padded bra all the time," she said. "I want a boob job. I'm going to get one, one day."

So why hasn't she actually done it yet?
"I went when I was 18 to a consultation and my dad found out and got so mad at me. He died shortly after when I was 19," she explained. "I never did it. I don't know why I didn't do it a few years after that, but I'm actually happy because losing weight, I think I could do it. They would look better now."

After all, Khloe has been hitting the gym hard as evidenced by all the fabulous pics she's been posting on Instagram, and her own personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson, told ET, "Khloe's an animal...No complaining, no bitching, just gets after it."
