Writer Derek Connolly confirms he's penning the script again -- find out what he told ET!
The dinosaurs will be back for seconds, and lucky for us, they're bringing Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard along with them once again.

Director-writer Colin Trevorrow and co-writer Derek Connolly confirmed with ETonline that they will script the next installment. Connolly told us the two started working on the sequel during a road trip they took just after Jurassic World’s premiere.
If this makes you anxious for round two, sorry, but you'll have to wait a little while -- the sequel won't be released until June 22, 2018. The good news is that the gang, including Pratt and Howard -- will all be back. Steven Spielberg is set to return as executive producer, and producer Frank Marshall will once again lead the team of filmmakers for the next chapter in the franchise.
