Who said teenagers don't get along with their mothers?
Reese Witherspoon recently took her 15-year-old lookalike daughter, Ava Phillippe, on a trip to Italy, and shared a few super-cute snaps on Instagram.
The two got to have dinner with legendary designer Valentino, who gamely posed for a photo with the mother-daughter pair. "What an honor to see Mr. Valentino at dinner last night in Rome @maisonvalentino #legend," Reese, 39, wrote.

... But we can't stop staring at how grown-up and lovely Ava looks!
Ava clearly came dressed to impress for the trip -- check out her killer knee-high lace-up sandals.
Just like any other good tourist, Reese and Ava made sure to visit all the famous spots, like St. Ignatius Church. Check out Reese posing in her Draper James-print shorts.
And what's a vacation without lots of yummy food? "You had me at pizza. Hello #VacationAdventures," Reese wrote.
The Italian adventure presumably strengthened Reese and Ava's mother-daughter bond.
"#Rome is all the more beautiful with the people you love ❤️ @avaphillippe," Reese sweetly wrote alongside a pic of Ava gazing up at the Sistine Chapel.
In March, Ava's father, actor Ryan Phillippe, dished on their daughter's sensitive nature.
"You know, depression has been a huge obstacle for me ever since I was a child," Ryan revealed to Elle. "As you get older I think it decreases some, but I'm just innately kind of a sad person. I'm empathetic, and I take on the feelings of others and transpose myself into the position of others. I see it in my daughter."
"She has it, and I wish to hell she didn't," he continued. "It's just, some people do have this pervading sort of sadness, or they're so analytical that they can kind of take the fun out of things because they think too much."
