Jessica Alba has a strong message for anyone thinking they can put celebrity businesswomen in a box.
At the Forbes Women's Summit, Alba addressed the issue of celebrity business women being pitted against each other in the media. Goop founder Gwyneth Paltrow expressed this opinion in Time magazine, saying, "I wonder if George Clooney would be asked about Puff Daddy's ancillary liquor line ... Jessica, especially, who's a friend of mine -- our businesses could not be more different."

"I was never one to be competitive," Alba told ET. "I feel like we're not interchangeable. I feel like everybody is unique and brings something to the table."
Alba was being recognized for her retail venture, The Honest Company, which is worth a reported $1 billion.
"This is the magazine to be noticed by in the business community," Alba said.
As a mother of two, Alba sees her business venture as a life lesson for her daughters, who are "seeing their mom live her life and create her own paths."

"There's nothing better than seeing someone walk the walk versus talk the talk," Alba said.
Alba appears on the cover of Forbes' June 15 issue.
