Teresa Giudice's jail sentence isn't the only affliction plaguing her life. According to court documents obtained by ET, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star is required to give her Maserati and 25 percent of her Bravo earnings to the government in order to satisfy a court judgment against her and her husband, Joe Giudice.

The $414,588 judgment was imposed after Teresa and her husband pleaded guilty last year to fraud charges. The 39-count indictment filed in July 2013 included bank fraud, mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud.
The couple will also have to give up half the rent from a home in Lincoln Park, N.J., as well as the furnishings of the couple’s home in Towaco, N.J., according to the filings.
Teresa is currently serving her 15-month sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Conn. While she is away, Joe is taking care of the couple's children -- Gia, 14, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 9, and Audriana, 5. Joe will begin his 41-month sentence when Teresa is released.
