Looks like Kim Kardashian may be hiding a burgeoning bump!
After announcing she was pregnant with her and Kanye West's second child on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the reality star and her husband were spotted today in NYC while heading to rehearsals for the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Awards taking place tonight.

As you can see, Kim's arm is folded over a relatively loose-fitting shirt.
A source tells People that Kim is three months along, which would make her due date some time in December, and "so happy," although it hasn't been easy pregnancy.

"She's nauseous full-time," says the source. "She can hardly get out of bed because of it."
Kim has been very public about her and Kanye's efforts to have a second child. Last August, she opened up to ET, telling us about trying IVF treatments to conceive, as well as having sex "500 times a day."

Meanwhile, Kim's pregnancy news has actually been trumped by a brave announcement by Caitlyn Jenner, formerly known as Bruce, who introduced herself to the world in Vanity Fair.
Kim congratulated Caitlyn by posting the cover on Twitter.
